Union Hospital Catering App lets you order food & beverage from the Hospital Canteen directly on your mobile devices

How to place order:
- Choose your role and pick up method, click "Start Order" button
- Choose the food and drink you want
- Review your final order in "Review Order" page
- Then submit your order by clicking the "Submit Order" button
- Receive your payment QR code with the expiry time
- Bring along your payment QR code and settle the payment by Octopus Card for your submitted order at G/F Hospital Canteen on or before the expiry time
++ The payment QR code of your submitted order could be retrieved in the "View Your Order" page

How to pick up your order:
- Go to the self-service payment terminal at the G/F Hospital Canteen
- Prepare your payment QR code of your submitted order (You may go to "View Your Order" page to retrieve your payment QR code)
- Show the payment QR code to the optical scanner of the payment terminal
- Pay by Octopus Card
- Take the ticket of your order then go to pickup counter to pick up your order (Meal Set or Drink) or wait for the announcement (Other food)
- Thank you for using our service.
